How Offers Work for Locations

Creating offers, tracking customer claims, and confirmations.

The Offers area lets a location create supported offers and monitor customer claims. Offer activity can be included in Growth Pro analytics. Customer confirmations use TheOutHaven's messaging infrastructure where configured. If an offer is not appearing or a claim count looks wrong, identify the offer and whether the issue is creation, public visibility, claiming, or confirmation delivery.
