How Event Tickets, Capacity, and Fees Work

Free or paid event registration, capacity, and fee-payer settings.

A location event can enable tickets or registration, be free or paid, and optionally set capacity. For a paid event, enter the ticket price and make sure TheOutHaven Payments readiness is complete before relying on paid ticketing. The event setup supports customer-pays-fees, location-pays-fees, or split-fees behavior. Ticket sales and attendance metrics are available from the event overview.
