How to Create and Publish an Experience

Creating a bookable experience with duration, party sizes, price, and first availability.

In Events & Experiences, create an experience with a name, category, description, optional cover image, duration, minimum and maximum party size, price per person, and initial available date/time. Use $0 for a free experience. The initial availability uses a real calendar and 12-hour time picker, and Eastern Time is applied automatically. The experience remains a draft until published. Published experiences automatically appear on the public location page and can feed hosted website content.
